Guttering again

Guttering back on the agenda. Now on the otherside of the studio / shed that I sorted out before. This side has NO guttering. In the recent rain/flood there was a build up of water and a bit of an inundation. So remove water source by adding guttering and redirecting off the property.

Then general property drainage would be good to address. More and more... having bought a house... maintainance work, etc.

Could just subcontract it I suppose.
